All Recreational Vehicles Must Park in a Designated RV Lot
Those not parked in designated RV lots will be required to move to a designated lot.
Traffic Revision: Stadium Way Restriction
WSU officials will establish a temporary “restricted traffic zone” on a section of Stadium Way from Grimes Way north to Orchard Dr./Colorado St. during home football games two hours pre-game until two hours post-game. Vehicular access to this section of Stadium Way will be restricted to emergency vehicles, transit vehicles, stadium support vehicles and vehicles displaying disability permits for the purposes of dropping off persons with disabilities. Athletic Foundation Reserved RV Parking
For home football weekends, a WSU Athletic Foundation (WSUAF) RV Parking Pass is required to park in the South Beasley parking lot. WSUAF (AA, A, B, C) parking passes will not be honored in this lot. Update: The South Beasley RV Lot is sold out for the 2009 Football Season.
There are no individual game passes available.
Tow Vehicle Pass
Tow Vehicles will be allowed in the lot at no additional cost. A Tow Vehicle Pass must be requested with the season pass. The license plate of the Tow Vehicle will be recorded on the Tow Vehicle Pass at the time the RV first enters the lot. A tear-off piece at the bottom of the Tow Vehicle Pass will be provided to record the Tow Vehicle's information for each game. The Tow Vehicle Pass will only allow that particular tow vehicle into the lot for that particular game. Note: Tow Vehicles MUST ARRIVE WITH THE RV.
Reserved RV Parking Rules
- RVs must be self-contained. No hook ups or dumping stations are available in this lot.
- RVs will not be allowed to park in this lot until after 5pm on the Thursday prior to the game (3pm for November home games). Any RVs in the lot prior to 5pm on Thursday will be required to move and may be cited for lack of compliance.
- No spaces can be saved in the lot until after 5pm on Friday prior to the game.
- RVs must minimize the number of spaces in which they park. RVs must pull into or back into all spaces and stay within the painted lines of the space. If a RV pulls across a sidewalk, they must be within the lines of one of the spaces that they occupy. RVs will be allowed to park parallel along curbs within the lot so long as they do not block ingress or egress to the lot. There will be no additional charge for RVs that take up more than one marked parking spot due to the size of the RV. Also, if a RV has an awning, it may be utilized at no additional charge as long as it takes only one additional parking space. No other parking spots may be used for tents, build outs or cooking areas.
- All fires must be contained in an approved container designed specifically for the purpose brought by the RV patron. Digging fire pits in the ground and burning on the pavement is not allowed. Coals and ashes from fire pits and barbeques must be disposed of in the containers designated for that purpose only.
- Quiet hours in this lot occur between 10 PM and 7 AM. City of Pullman ordinance, 8.80.020

- Cougar Security Patrol will provide security in this lot for each home game.
Pre-Sale RV Parking in the IPF Lot
Spaces in the RV lot behind the Indoor Practice Facility will now be pre-sold. An RV space is priced at $50 per game. Parking in this lot will be sold online at www.wsucougars.com beginning August 1, 2009. Note: RV length restrictions exist for each permit zone and will be strictly enforced upon arrival to the lot. Important: This length measurement is from "Hitch to Spare".

General RV Parking
Note: Parking in all designated RV parking areas on campus is reserved for RV and Tow Vehicle parking only. Visitor parking is not provided in the RV parking areas. Visitors to the RV parking areas may park in their designated WSU Athletic Foundation parking lots if they have a permit, or in the general parking Red 2 lot near the Alumni Center.
The definition of a RV is one of the following:
- A motorized coach.
- A camper trailer with the accompanying Tow Vehicle (truck and trailer combination considered a RV).
- A camper on the bed of a truck (a truck with a canopy is not considered a RV).
The definition of a Tow Vehicle is one of the following:
- A truck used to pull a camper trailer (also considered part of a RV).
- An additional vehicle that is pulled by or accompanies a RV at the time the RV enters the RV parking areas.
Note: RVs are allowed one Tow vehicle, and the Tow Vehicle must arrive with the RV to be allowed into the RV parking areas.
The following is the applicable fee schedule for General RV fee-required areas (Note: This fee schedule does not apply to the Pre-Sale Permit IPF RV Lot) .

General RV parking is available for $40 per game in the following areas: the lot across from the South Fairway Playfield, the lot west of WSU Steam Plant on Spring Street, the Wilson Road lot across from the Cooper Publication Building, and the Feed Plant lot on Grimes Way. For your convenience, attendants will be located within each lot.

General RV Parking Rules
Note: Depending on weather conditions, burning fires in certain RV parking areas may not be allowed. The WSU Public Safety department will decide if a burn ban is required on a game by game basis and any burn bans will be posted in the affected areas.

- Parking across numerous spaces is not allowed. RVs must pull into or back into all spaces and stay within the painted lines of the space or two spaces long in the case of larger RVs.
- Awnings may be utilized at no additional charge as long as it takes only one additional parking space. No other parking spots may be used for tents, build outs or cooking areas.

Tailgating Policies
The Hollingbery Fieldhouse will open 3.5 hours prior to kickoff for Food Fair. A variety of vendors will be selling food and beverages. Admittance is free. Entertainment is also available in the Field House. Food Fair will open post-game for 90 minutes for games kicking off prior to 4:00 p.m.
No tents, tables or chairs are permitted in parking spaces or on sidewalks. Tables and chairs are permitted provided that they are placed under a RV awning.
Please put trash in the proper receptacles.
All fires must be within grills or other containers designed specifically for that purpose. Extinguish all fires thoroughly before leaving them unattended. Do not dump charcoal in dumpsters or trash cans.
